A lot of the housing stock here dates from the 1960s through the late 1990s, so we run into older openers often. If we don't carry a matching part on the truck, we'll tell you that on the spot and give you a real estimate on ordering it rather than guessing.
Do you do new garage installations for new construction?
No, we focus on repair and replacement for existing homes, not new-build framing or general contracting. If your project is new construction, we're not the right call for that part of the job.
